What one piece of advice would you give them…?

Focus on building a great business and great brand. Success is not measured in how much capital you’ve raised – it’s measured in customer satisfaction. 

What’s the best mistake you’ve ever made?

Best or biggest? Entrepreneurs and founders are inclined to want to do too much, too quickly, in too many places. Do one thing, do it really well, in one place. Then expand. 

What’s your proudest founder moment?

Every 5* review of a customer’s life we’ve helped improve with our products. It continues to motivate every time, even when we have 150k+ of them!

How do you separate work and home life?

It’s difficult. For many being a founder is like having a child you need and want to take care of. Even with parenting though, there is childcare and school to give you a break. Compartmentalise as much as you can and find a hobby to throw yourself into that makes you switch off
